When you partner with TCS Canada for your technology solutions, you get the highest level of maintenance that is also extremely cost effective.  We will transition you onto your new system(s), as well as provide ongoing service and support.  We are proud of our vast experience in voice and data solutions, security solutions, network installations, wireless infrastructures and IP Surveillance solutions and our pre and post-sales service and support.

Your technology solution from TCS comes with a one-year hardware maintenance contract that includes all parts and labour.  In the event of a hardware or component failure, TCS will have replacement parts on site with a technician within one (1) business day.  After the first year, TCS Canada offers continued protection through TCS Protect – our annual subscriptions to hardware and software maintenance programs.

While modern technology is designed to last, the nature of electronics do not allow for long-term guarantees by the manufacturer.  A TCS Protect maintenance program is the only way to protect your technology investment against the unexpected worries and expenses associated with regular wear and tear as your system ages.

Hardware and Software maintenance contracts are available for all solutions/technology that TCS Canada deploys.
